Daraz Bangladesh is set up for delivery inside Bangladesh — its checkout and delivery network are built around Bangladeshi addresses and local couriers. That is why people abroad get stuck at checkout.
You may see "Daraz Global" and think it means international shipping. It means the opposite direction: Daraz Global brings products from overseas sellers (for example in China and the UAE) into Bangladesh, with delivery to Bangladeshi customers in around 17–31 days. It does not send Daraz orders out of Bangladesh.
Like any big marketplace, Daraz has thousands of sellers, and quality varies. What arrives doesn't always match the photo — the wrong size, a different colour, a copy of a brand, or a damaged box. These are estimates; your quote gives the exact figure.
Being sold on Daraz doesn't make an item safe to fly. Power banks and loose lithium batteries, aerosols, perfume, liquids that couriers treat as dangerous, and many foods or medicines have restrictions. The UK charges VAT on most goods and duty above £135, the USA ended its $800 duty-free rule in 2025, Canada's threshold is about CAD $20, and the EU charges VAT from the first euro.
