Does Aarong Ship Internationally?

Partly. In 2021 Aarong started shipping its online orders to the USA, UK and Australia through DHL, and its website has since announced more countries. The list can change, so check the country selector on aarong.com first. If your country is covered and the item is online, buying direct may be the easiest choice — I would rather tell you that honestly.

A personal shopper helps when:

• Your country is not covered — for example many countries in the Middle East, Europe or Asia.
• The item is outlet-only — many sarees, one-off handloom pieces, Eid collections and home decor are on the shop floor but not online.
• An online size is sold out but still available in a Dhaka outlet.
• You want one parcel with Aarong plus other things — snacks and spices, books, or a Jamdani from a weaver.

1. Send me screenshots from aarong.com, item codes, or simply describe what you want (colour, size, budget).
2. I visit an Aarong outlet in Dhaka, check the items and sizes, and send you photos and prices.
3. You approve an itemized quote: Aarong's price + my service fee (from $15) + packing + courier.
4. I buy, keep the receipt, pack carefully and ship with tracking.

Costs, Sizes and Timing

You pay the normal Aarong shelf price in taka — I don't add a hidden mark-up. Clothing is light, so express shipping for one or two items is usually about $40–60 to most countries. Bangladeshi sizes often run slimmer and shorter than North American sizes, so send me your chest, length and shoulder measurements and I will compare them with the actual garment. Before Eid, outlets get very busy and popular designs sell out — message me 2–3 weeks early. Customs depends on your country; see customs duty on parcels from Bangladesh.

Can I return an Aarong item bought through you?

Aarong's own return rules apply to in-store purchases and returning from abroad is usually not practical. That is why I send photos and check measurements before buying.
