Bangladesh is bigger and slower to travel than it looks on a map. This plan keeps travel realistic: Dhaka's history, tea country, and either the Sundarbans or the beach.
Days 1–3: Dhaka and Sonargaon. Days 4–5: Srimangal tea gardens. Days 6–8: Sundarbans boat trip (November–February, never June–August) or Cox's Bazar beach. Days 9–10: buffer, shopping and departure. Leave room for traffic and delays.
Take the train to Srimangal. Walk in tea gardens, visit Lawachara National Park early in the morning, and try layered tea. Details in my Sylhet and Srimangal guide.
Keep at least one spare day before your flight. Trains, flights and roads can be delayed, especially in the monsoon or around holidays. Use it for last shopping — or let me ship heavy purchases after you leave.
I'm a Dhaka-based personal shopper and local helper. Through my travel concierge service I can arrange airport pickup, help with hotels and transport, find a guide, and shop with you or for you. If you can't come at all, I can buy things in Bangladesh and ship them to you. Message me before your trip with your dates and what you need.

Seven to ten days is enough for Dhaka, tea country and either the Sundarbans or Cox's Bazar, with a spare day for delays.
Old Dhaka's Lalbagh Fort, Ahsan Manzil, Star Mosque and Sadarghat river port, plus a day trip to Sonargaon and Panam City.
November to February, when it is dry and mild.
Choose the Sundarbans for nature and wildlife on a boat trip, or Cox's Bazar for a beach break. The Sundarbans is closed from 1 June to 31 August.
Traffic, trains and flights in Bangladesh are often delayed, especially in the monsoon and around holidays.
