Living abroad and need a certificate, transcript or family paper from Bangladesh? I collect it โ from your family, an office, a university or an education board โ help with attestation if needed, and courier it to you with tracking. You stay informed at every step.
Tell me which document, where it is, where it must go, and whether it needs attestation or an apostille. I collect it in person (inside or outside Dhaka) with your authorisation, photograph it for you, and send it by DHL or FedEx with tracking. I'm a personal assistant, not a lawyer โ I follow the official process and tell you honestly what I can and can't do.
Bangladesh joined the Hague Apostille Convention in 2024, and it came into force for Bangladesh on 30 March 2025. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) now issues apostilles, including an e-Apostille with a QR code for verification. For many countries, an apostilled Bangladeshi document no longer needs extra embassy legalization. However, some countries objected to Bangladesh's accession, and for them the older legalization route may still apply. Some documents also need a notary or issuing-authority attestation first. Always confirm with the office that will receive your document what it requires โ I'll follow those instructions exactly.
You pay: my service fee (depends on how many offices and trips are needed), any official government fees (paid at cost, with receipt), domestic travel or courier if the document is outside Dhaka, and the international courier. Document envelopes cost less to send than parcels. Simple pickup-and-send can be done in a few days. Certificates and attestation depend on the office and can take from days to several weeks. I give you a clear quote and a realistic timeline before starting.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. I can't guarantee how fast a government office or university works, and I can't get documents an institution won't release to an authorised representative. I never offer "shortcuts" or unofficial payments. Some couriers restrict items such as passports or cash โ ask me first for anything unusual. Your documents are handled privately and only shared with the offices you approve; see my privacy policy.
